Since January 1st, 2011 I have been taking at least one photograph a day. I love seeing my life play out in my photos - whether it was of what I did today, or of something conceptual and artistic. I believe it is so important to keep on shooting, not only to improve on my talents, but to document my life.

Day two of looking for Scouty. On our way up to SLC to drop me off at a shoot at Tracy Aviary we got a call from one of Danny's coworkers that Scout had been spotted! After my shoot I had mom (who was watching Jones with Steph and the kids) drop me off at Tanner Park so that I could help look. We searched all day. The last Scout spotting was around 11 am. Rover made these flyers to pass out to everyone. Towards the end of the day we made three "nests" for Scout. After one last check to the shelters nearby, we ran over to Walmart to grab a new outfit for Danny and Scout's brand of dog food. We asked two of the houses in the neighborhood who had seen her if we could lay out one of Danny's sweaty clothes along with a bowl of dog food. The third nest we placed in our friend, Susan's front yard. The hope is that Scout will pick up our scent and smell the food, hang out and we can bring her home.
