WE FOUND HER! SCOUT IS HOME! Early this morning before meetings and church Danny woke up and drove to Salt Lake to check the puppy nests. The first one he checked had been moved up high from someone so it was useless. As he was rounding the corner to check the second, he saw his shorts had been moved around and food had been eaten. A few lawns down was Scout! Just chilling. Danny was scared he'd spook her so he slowly drove up. His window was already down so he shook the bag of food. She heard the car and the food and perked right up. Seeing Danny she bolted over to him and Danny hurried and grabbed her collar! He loaded her up in the car and sent me the happiest selfie I have ever seen! They were on their way home! We hardly left Scout alone the whole day. Only to go to church. She and Indy even came up to SLC for Sunday dinner. I hung outside with the dogs all day. Scout is doing well, still pretty timid from being lost, but she's getting there. I'm not sure what happened while she was lost, but she seems to be scared of men now. To the point of running to the backyard when JJ tried to pet her. Other than that she has been glued to my side. We are so happy to have our Scout back! I can't believe all the support we got from family, friends and strangers as they brought us food, helped us look and put out flyers. We have the best community.
