| February 19th, 2014 Danny and I try to have at least one "art day" a week. We stay in and create things! Today had a very successful outcome! [We trimmed/glazed some bowls up at highland, I photographed & got almost done with a painting using pallet knives - something I've always wanted to try - and Danny threw a few more bowls] I love that I've married someone as creative as I am - Our jam packed apartment is proof of that! |
Since January 1st, 2011 I have been taking at least one photograph a day. I love seeing my life play out in my photos - whether it was of what I did today, or of something conceptual and artistic. I believe it is so important to keep on shooting, not only to improve on my talents, but to document my life.

So awesome! I'm totally gonna try that too. Have to use more simple art methods when you have kids, but I love your once a week idea. Btw, awesome picture!
ReplyDeleteYou're too sweet! Whenever my sibs want to have "art day" with us, I usually give them water colors to use - easier to clean up! And then they feel like a big kid when we frame/hang it :)
