Happy Love Day! We spent our day passing out Valentines to all of Jones' friends. Then we drove down to Bill and Mindi's to have dinner with them and the kids. Mindi made an awesome dinner with steak, asparagus, potatoes and salad. Coz and Jones were very excited to see and be each other's valentines! I love these two cuties!

My cute little helper today! We spent all day getting ready for Valentines tomorrow. Jones is really good at helping me eat chocolate covered starwberries after I've dipped them. Stinker! I also made a huge lasagna dinner. One for us and one for our next door neighbors. I felt like I was in the kitchen all day! Between making the lasagna and rolls and sides, it was a lot of work. I was so excited to eat dinner and then go to enrichment. But somehow in the 10 minutes I was gone to drop off food next door my dumb dogs had blasted through the pan barricade and had licked our lasagna clean out of the pan. I was so mad! Especially because I had been really craving my lasagna all day! They had too, apparently. Danny was surprised to see we still had both dogs when he got home from work.

This kid was such a trooper today! We had a to-do list about a mile long and we got it all done! That included a trip to the DI followed by grocery shopping! He was all smiles (and snot) the whole time! Which was pretty shocking, given that underneath his hair is a big 'ol goose egg! He toppled head over heals all the way down the staircase this morning! It was traumatizing for everyone (dogs included.) I'm amazed that we managed to get through all of the crawling/walking/climbing the stairs phase without a fall. Mr. Tough Guy thought he could walk up the stairs holding the handrail and lost his balance at the top. He made sure to milk it. If you look closely, you can see sucker stuck to his shirt, cookie crumbs on his face and chocolate smears on his chin.
