| November 3rd, 2014 I began shooting part of my final for color photography today. I put out a "model call" on facebook and instagram and was so thrilled to get response for my series. I'm working on a contemporary/fine art/fashion series of fairy tale characters and a single color that I feel best represents them. Each frame of a different character tells the story of a crucial scene. I got my inspiration from Annie Leibovitz's Disney series and Henri Cartier Bresson's "decisive moment." I'm in the process of finding finishing touches for the wardrobes and getting dates nailed down with my models. I am so excited to finally put my images to life! |
Since January 1st, 2011 I have been taking at least one photograph a day. I love seeing my life play out in my photos - whether it was of what I did today, or of something conceptual and artistic. I believe it is so important to keep on shooting, not only to improve on my talents, but to document my life.

| November 1st, 2014 Today was a very special day for the Robbins'! Asher was baptized and his sweet little sister Cozette was blessed! I'm so happy for both of them! It was a great celebration with lots of friends and family! |

| October 31st, 2014 The force is strong with this one. Happy Halloween! Yay! One of my favorite holidays ever! This year I went as a Jedi and made my costume [like always] I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out :) Danny worked all day and since I didn't have school I hung out in Sandy all day and helped at the Halloween party in Madison's classroom, took the kids trick or treating to the mall, got spooky pancakes at Ihop and even went trick or treating with mom and the kids around the neighborhood. I'd be lying if I said I didn't bring around my own pillow case too. haha shhh! I drove down to Orem to get Danny and then we went back up to Sandy so Danny could be apart of the black market of candy trading. It was a super rad Halloween! I loved it!
