| September 1st, 2015 I've gotten into the habit of bringing my camera with me on our nightly walks. The light is always so yummy! I've also made lots of headway with getting Indy to look at me long enough to take a picture. I'm trying to associate it with a verbal command of, "Say Cheese!" haha |
Since January 1st, 2011 I have been taking at least one photograph a day. I love seeing my life play out in my photos - whether it was of what I did today, or of something conceptual and artistic. I believe it is so important to keep on shooting, not only to improve on my talents, but to document my life.

| August 31st, 2015 My little adventure buddies! We finally figured out how to make it to the other side of Tibble! I've got a big shoot planned there, so it was a nice little excursion to figure out the fastest and easiest way. Indy did so good! After our hike around the lake, we played in the river for awhile with her [no mud!] She loved it! Slept like a baby the whole way home! |

| August 30th, 2015 Mom and I threw Hiedi [and Nick] a baby shower. We had dinner at mom and dad's and then to my place for games and desserts and crafts. I blew up balloons and had everyone be "pregnant". Then they played pregnant twister and they couldn't "have the baby" during the game or fall over. After that, there was the "pregnant potty race," with their balloon babies the kids had to run the course around my house, after each major obstacle they had to race into the bathroom. It was pretty funny to watch them waddle! Indy even got in on the fun and was racing up and down the stairs with the kids. We then had a break and ate brownies and peanut butter, chocolate covered, rice krispies. The final event of the night was screen printing onesies for the baby. I think they turned out pretty rad! |

| August 28th, 2015 Project day. I sanded the top of a coffee table I got at a garage sale for $5 and stained it in the Honey stain I've used on my table, chairs & hutch. I also got ahold of the paint and started working on the drawers. I'm so excited for this to be done and on display! |

| August 27th, 2015 Canning day! Mom and Tyler came over to help me can 40 lbs of pears that I ordered from a guy in Ed and Steph's ward from Oregon. Mom and I peeled for a good hour or two and we managed to get 40 lbs of pears into 17 cans. Quite the haul. |

| August 26th, 2015 Before Danny headed back to work tomorrow we spent the day with Mom and Dad. We actually ran into Dad at Taco Bell before we made it over to the house. Then we piled in the car and explored the Library. Dad found the roof top garden and I snapped this picture. Such a fun day! |

| August 24th, 2015 Thanks to Ed and Steph and a good sale, we now have a guest bed in the guest bedroom. Indy jumped right up and made herself comfy and then refused to make eye contact. Little stinker. |
