| June 27th, 2014 For the past year or so our apartment complex has been remodeling the entire outside. It's finally our building's turn. [Ours is the one with the flower pots] Starting last week I've been graced with the wonderful sound of pounding hammers, power drills, table saws, and the drone of radio music in the background. [They work everyday from 8:30 - to around 6 or 7] So far the trim around our window has been replaced, next up is the glass. I'll be so happy when they're done! We have to have everything moved away from all the windows, so we are currently living out of one side of our [already tiny] apartment. ... scratch that, I'll be so happy once we're out of the apartments! |
Since January 1st, 2011 I have been taking at least one photograph a day. I love seeing my life play out in my photos - whether it was of what I did today, or of something conceptual and artistic. I believe it is so important to keep on shooting, not only to improve on my talents, but to document my life.

| June 26th, 2014 I'm thinking of starting a new typography project to do on the side. Since Danny and I only have one car, I have to go pick him up from work. there is always a basket on the ground where Danny and the techs put stuff to be put back that people leave at the register after deciding not to buy it. I think it's so funny to see what's in there! This could work out to be an amusing project! |

| June 25th, 2014 Today I took my last exam before the final for math! I also finished my Egyptian Art and Architecture paper tonight! I get to turn this baby in tomorrow and then only one more Math final to take Friday! |

| June 22nd, 2014 I had been cooped up all day writing papers and finishing math homework. Summer semester ends the 27th and it's crunch time! I looked up and saw this sight and immediately got up and grabbed my camera, climbed through Makayla's window and sat on the roof to capture this photo. It was seriously so beautiful! | June 21st, 2014 What's babysitting without a little bribery ;) I put these kiddies to work! Everyday I had them clean their room, help clean the kitchen, bathrooms, tv room, family room, vacuum, mop the floors (thanks to syrup from breakfast and orange pop) do the laundry, complete their "school" work and keep the house in order for mom when she got back. We did it! and these guys got to pick something out from the dollar tree! |

| June 19th, 2014 Mom and the older girls were at girls camp this week and Tommy was away at scout camp - leaving Robert and Dad with the younger four. Mom decided to call in the big guns and had Danny and I come up to watch the kids/ man the fort. Danny and I were greeted with the "Rules of Robert" plastered all over the house - despite only half of the kids being able to read. It also happened to be Robert's first day of work, I'm so proud! *sniff* haha Say hello to the newest Little Cesar's sign boy! If you're ever driving up 11400 and 700 be sure to honk and wave! . . . " Rules of Robert " 1. Robert has full control of the house. You must do what he says, when he says it (Like bringing him snacks and beverages) 2. Do not do anything that is annoying. That includes, but is not limited to: screaming, yelling, complaining, etc. He will make it very clear what he finds annoying. 3. You must clean up after yourselves. Everyone will be assigned chores excluding Robert, since he is your leader. You are expected to do your chores without question. (This includes your school programs.) |

| June 16th, 2014 This is easily the most used recipe in my cook book. I just really LOVE breakfast foods. Welcome to my first year of college. I used to make a big batch of crepes or pancakes on Sunday and I'd live off those for the week [with the occasional bowl of "Marshmallow Mateys" for breakfast] Danny can't pound down pancakes multiple days in a row like I can, but lucky for me he loves my strawberry, Nutella crepes! |

| JUne 15th, 2014 Happy Father's Day! It was a "Robbins Sunday" so we had Sunday dinner at my in-laws. I'm so blessed to have such an amazing Dad and Dad in-law. Both are such great examples to me and I love that I am part of their family! |

| June 14th, 2014 Since Danny had to work yesterday, we took Dad and Mom out dinner and a movie. We didn't have time to eat before the movie so we stopped at McDonald's so I could grab something to tide me over until after the movie. They had free stickers at the register! I sneakily pealed it off and stuck it to Dad's back where it remained for hours until he got home and changed into pajamas! Whitney for the Win! |

| June 11th, 2014 After Joel came back early [lost a cap at girls camp and had to go to the dentist] Danny and I drove down the street to see what all the little munchkins were up to. I convinced Kenny to let me put a mohawk in his hair so that Tyler would see it and let me give him one too! My plan was working perfectly until Tommy started making fun of Kenny - so I tackled him and gave him one too. :) |

| June 10th, 2014 Joel, Crys, Tori and Amber all had girls camp this week, so guess who gets to watch these two?! We had so much fun! Dairy Queen, Disney Sing-a-longs in the car and the LEGO STORE! Plus Barracuda for dinner and Ice cream for dessert plus staying up late to watch the avengers! oh yeah. we know how to party! |

| June 6th, 2014 New Pictures! FINALLY! Wahoo!! I have been dying to get new pictures of Danny and I, but we've been so busy lately! So I finally just grabbed my planner and scheduled myself in for a photo date. We had Danny's cousin Joel and his wife Crystal double with us. I took their pictures then posed Danny, got my light meter set up, told Joel where to stand and push the button. [This is how I took my senior pictures, engagements and bridals! haha] We went up emigration canyon and it was so beautiful up there! I got some fantastic shots of Joel & Crys too! | June 5th, 2014 For Christmas, Danny and I got Mom golf clubs and then lessons for Mother's day. We took Mom to the driving range to have her practice before we signed up for a class together. Dad even tagged along. We had a blast! [Plus, the light was heavenly!] |

| May 31st, 2014 The Woods were in town, so we all went out to eat at Sizzler to celebrate Scott's mission call and graduation! The waitress was super nice and brought this giant rootbeer float for Scott since he's leaving for a mission soon. It was ginormous! We also like to play a game called "where's Clint?" haha |

| May 30th, 2014 Every once in awhile when I'm shut up in the house working all day on homework and editing pictures, I just need to get outside with my camera. Walking at sunset has always been one of my favorite things to do. When I was little, in the summertime especially, Mom and Dad used to take us on family walks after dinner and we'd just walk around our neighborhood. Nothing special or fancy, we'd just walk together. I have always loved the golden sunlight that pushes through the leaves. It helps me relax and unwind and see the beauty of the earth. |

| May 28th, 2014 Part of my anniversary present from Danny was this Jedi cloak! It didn't arrive on time so we had to go get it. Since 2nd anniversary presents are "cloth" Danny thought this was perfect. He was spot on. [He also got me this sweet Darth Vader walking an AT-AT shirt that I'm wearing] He's a good sport and puts up with all my crazy pictures |

| May 27th, 2014 These two are graduating this year! We had our family grad party for these two! So much fun! Robert and Jeanette are only a day apart. It's so great that they get to cross this milestone together! [They even did a fantastic job at color coordinating for my picture! haha] |

| May 26th, 2014 Happy TWO years to us! I can't believe how fast these past two years have flown by, but at the same time, It feels like we've always lived like this. I love Danny so much! We had a nice little day together starting off with crepes from brunch and we spent some time walking around the art store, getting new brushes and pencils :) We changed our phone plan [yay adults! heh] and we went and saw Blended with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. It was such a cute little movie [like they always are] We ended our day with some Tsunami Sushi :) Love you sweetie pie, thanks for a great 2 years! |

| May 25th, 2014 Last Day :( [also, Happy Anniversary Anna + Brian!] We took down camp, had breakfast and soaked up the sun that was hiding from us all weekend! But then we had to say our goodbyes and part ways. I love every chance I get to hang out with my besties! I especially love how much our husbands get along! It's so great! I love our new tradition we've started and can't wait to have our families grow with each other! |

| May 24th, 2014 Group Pictures! Today it only rained for about an hour or so, so we played games in the tents. But before it started pouring, we were able to lounge at the beach while the boys fished and I taught Manny how to use my camera on manuel. It was also Anna and Brian's turn for lunch, so they had everyone pick a number and then they drove to Burgerking in Nephi and ordered what our number was. It was fun and didn't turn out too badly. haha Danny also caught a carpe just before the rain really started coming down! First fish of the trip. After the rain stopped we roasted hot dogs and s'mores for dinner. Brian went down to the lake to try and catch a fish, and ended up catching a 2 foot long Pike! Crazy scary looking fish! It was his first fish he caught by himself! We taught him how to gut it and we seasoned it up and I cooked it in the coals for him. Since Pike hold Mercury, Manny and Anna couldn't eat it because of babies, I could have a serving [one serving a month] but the boys could have as much as they wanted. |

| May 23rd, 2014 Our first morning here! I woke up early with Manny [the only time I'm a morning person] and made breakfast! We ended up eating around 7 by the time everything was cooked, then everyone opted for a nap [and by "everyone" I mean the hubs haha] Then it started POURING. Like crazy monsoon, blowing our tents inward crazy rain. Apparently we can't have a BFFR without a little Oregon Sunshine. There was only so much we could take, so we all piled in two cars and drove back to provo to go eat at Red Robins. We looked pretty rockin' haha. We all smelled of campfire, no one had deodorant on [except Danny and Josh who raided my emergency kit in our trunk] I was still in my leggings and pj's as well as everyone else. Our poor waiter. After lunch we all went to see the new X-men movie [so good!] By the time the movie was over, the sun was out and it was hot out! We made it back to the campsite. Us girls stayed by the tents while the boys went to try to catch something [no fish yet] This little dude was being such a flirt! I love it :) |

| May 22nd, 2014 First day of the 2nd Annual Best Friend Family Reunion! This year Amanda, Anna and I decided that with an 8 month preggers Amanda and 3 month old baby Brian, we might have to take it easier than last year. We decided to be lake bums at Yuba! Our campsite was beautiful and perfect with our own little beach! The boys were in heaven! Fishin' every day! Amanda, Josh, Danny and I got there before sundown, set up camp and grabbed our poles and headed down to the water. We were able to watch the sun set over the water and mountains and it was beautiful! Anna and Brian arrived after dark and we got them settled and started catching up! |
